YESfest

What if, instead of being overwhelmed by all the environmental problems around the planet, we learned to focus on actions we can take in our little corner of the world? 

 

This is the idea behind YESfest (Youth Eco Summits with a FESTival vibe), which introduces young people, primarily 8 to 10-year-old school children in the UK, to the beauty of the natural world, helps build peer networks and gives them a supportive community, practical tools and resources to 'do good in their part of the world'.

 

Calumma had the great privilege of collaborating with the YESfest founder Alex Bell and his team to develop the festival's branding, website, communication assets and circular economy-based merch store with graphics inspired by young people’s drawings. 

 

What started as one grass-roots community event, now, thanks to the vibrant branding and incredible passion of the YESfest team, has begun to pick up great momentum and is expanding globally as an exciting way to inspire young people to care about their place in the world. 

Sharing the impact

Over the years, we have assisted Daydream Believers with documenting their work and live events to create engaging and authentic impact reports.
